We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available through our online store at this time. For OEM or export inquiries, please contact us directly.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders over NZD $99.99 within New Zealand. Orders under this amount will incur a calculated shipping fee.

3. Order Processing Time

All products are made in small batches to ensure freshness. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Time

Typical delivery times within New Zealand are 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

5. Delays & Liability

We aim to deliver on time, but delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Feed Pet Pure is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
