Yes. Pet owners in New Zealand can order directly through our website. We will get your porducts delivered ASAP. Our products are sold in bulk packaging for better value.

Are your products made in New Zealand?

Absolutely. All products are made in our certified facility in New Zealand, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

What certifications do you hold?

We are RMP certified by New Zealand MPI, FDA registered for the U.S. market, and GACC approved for export to China. Our processes meet international standards for safety and traceability.

Do you offer OEM or private label services?

Yes. We offer OEM and private label manufacturing for overseas clients and local brands. We support custom packaging, formulation, and export documentation.

What’s your minimum order for OEM clients?

We offer flexible MOQs depending on the product type. Get in touch with our team to discuss your project and receive a custom quote.

Can I visit your factory?

Factory visits may be arranged by appointment for business partners. For pet owners, pickup is available from our facility, but we do not offer public tours.

Do you use synthetic additives or artificial nutrients?

No. We only use natural, whole-food ingredients — no synthetic vitamins, colors, or preservatives.
